VALO Limited was established in December 2006 to offer specialist insurance products to members and former members of HM Armed Forces and Volunteer Reserves.

We are committed to offering a range of competitive financial services products in partnership with specialised insurers to meet the needs of HM Forces personnel and their families.

We only employ former members of the British Armed Forces as part of a network of representatives across UK and Germany.

Since leaving the military, each representative has been trained to provide factual information on the products VALO offers but is also expected to provide assistance with matters ranging from claims to complaints, as well as retain the high standards of conduct inherent in the British Military.

Members of staff receive a salary and are not paid a commission on any insurance products.
